Alice grew up in California and recently moved to Wisconsin to attend college.

Alice can connect her medical record from her clinic back in California to her MyChart account from her clinic in Wisconsin so she can see her information in one place, without needing to log in to separate patient portals.

What do I need to do to start using Happy Together?

If your healthcare providers use Happy Together, you'll be asked if you want to link your MyChart accounts the next time you log in to one of your MyChart accounts.

I don't see one of my healthcare organizations available to link. How do I add it?

Some organizations haven't activated Happy Together yet. Visit www.epic.com/happytogether to see which organizations are already using Happy Together and which ones will be joining soon. Note that you can only link accounts between organizations in the same country.

What if I do not recognize an organization that appears in my list of accounts?

A clinic where you've been seen might use a name that is different from the parent organization whose name appears in Happy Together.
A clinic might be part of a larger healthcare network with a name that's not used locally.
An organization where you were seen a long time ago might have changed its name since the last time you were seen there.

How can I tell where my information came from?
